The space
Guests can enjoy this fully furnished duplex apartment comprising huge, sunny terrace with very comfortable outdoor furniture, large living room with TV and American style kitchen with all amenities.

There is a private car park space. The property is pushchair and wheelchair friendly as most of the property is on one level and no stairs from the entrance to the living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and the terrace. The third double bedroom is located downstairs with a private bathroom and shower.

Wi-Fi is freely available in the communal areas of the complex, and there is a high-speed Internet provided in the apartment itself. The complex is safe, with a 24-hour security guard at the entrance.

For your safety we steam clean the apartment, change all linens and towels after each guest, and leave a sufficient gap between the bookings to make sure all areas are disinfected, properly aired, and there is enough time to deep clean.
Guest access
The guests will have a use of the whole property, private parking, and access to the communal pools/restaurant/games room in the complex.
